Sadrology
Plaster, both as a material and through its processing, is an inherent part of creative workflows. In most cases, it is utilized as a preliminary or auxiliary medium. In the Sadrológia (Plasterology) project, its potential and properties serve as the inspiration for exploring its use in final, functional objects. By casting plaster into foam molds, unique formal variations with intriguing textures were created, embracing the inherent fragility of their shell-like forms. The results stand between soft, organic shapes on one hand, and jagged, sponge-like structures on the other.
