During her studies, Lenka Ingeliová’s work underwent a natural transformation from material experimentation to engaged interventions in public space. The author focuses on social and community design, utilizing sound media and ready-made objects as tools to sensitize attention toward overlooked everyday phenomena. Her approach is characterized by empathy and an effort to redefine the relationship between the individual and the urban environment.
She actively develops her interest in public space as a member of the interdisciplinary team TUBA. In 2025, she was a key part of the collective behind the Social Design Café project, which received a Special Prize at Bratislava Design Week. Lenka does not merely construct static forms; instead, she initiates social situations that encourage dialogue and the search for a more inclusive form of our shared surroundings.
