My diploma thesis focuses on the development of a new type of modifiable lure for predatory fish. It aims to replace a vast array of specialized lures by allowing anglers to respond to current fishing conditions through adjustments in size, shape, color, and diving depth. A crucial part of the project was the collaboration with Prof. Pavol Alexy, PhD. from the Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology (STU), focusing on the application of starch-based bioplastic as the manufacturing material. This material is biodegradable and can even serve as food for aquatic organisms. The product thus meets the rigorous requirements for water protection and environmental sustainability.
