What does the future taste like?
In this project, I address the issue of future food security. We are often confronted with this threat only through digital data and graphs, which fail to provide a deeper sensory experience or a true realization of the actual danger. I have created graphs mapping the timeline of 2000, 2010, and 2050, visualizing the rise and fall of elements that are either vital (water, bees) or hazardous (pesticides) to humanity.
