I am not object vol.2
The project ‘I am not object vol.2’ seeks to awaken the human essence and the values that guide the activity through which we evolve. As a continuation of the original ‘I am not object’ series, it strives to abstract design into an intangible form, creating a space for reflection—both figurative and literal. By employing the technology of glass microsphere coating, a retroreflective layer is created; when photographed with a flash, it reveals the traces of our interactions with objects. The goal is to reawaken our capacity for independent thought and to perceive value not only in objects but also in people and their relationships.
The project emphasizes the importance of soft values and a human-centric approach in design and society at large, calling upon us to become active participants. This method appears to be a viable alternative in the struggle against objectification and its consequences that transcend society.
